About the Designer

Eileen L. Bleyer

Art and fashion design have been a passion of Eileen’s for as long as she can remember. She was inspired by her Grandmother and her Aunts who always stepped out in the most fashionable dresses, stunning hats and always wore gloves. Eileen began designing clothes for her dolls at 6 yrs of age and was awarded first place in a state-wide evening gown design contest at the age of 16. She studied art and design in  her  younger  years ,  designing  and  making  her  own  stylish  clothes   over the years. Now that her four wonderful children are grown, her passion for designing and her love of elegant hats has led her to create a line of one-of-a-kind couture hats and fascinators.

Her collections include head pieces for all occasions from Tea Parties to the Red Carpet. Her unique hats are styled  on  the  runway   with garments from designers she admires to complete the look...Many  runway  garments  and  accessories  are  made  available  after  the  show.

Her original couture Hats  and  Fascinators  were  seen  on the runway at  the  International  Couture  Show  at  The  Embassy  Of  France  in   DC  on

Sept29,2019  and  At  the  NYFW  Sept  6,2019  and  Baltimore  Fashion  week
